Container Condition & Seal Verification
We perform rigorous technical and visual checks to establish clear liability
boundaries.
- Structure Inspection : detailed visual assessment of the container’s exterior condition to detect structural damage, distortion, or breaches that could compromise cargo safety.
- Seal Integrity Checks : verification of security seal numbers, status, and compliance against shipping documents before any opening or after final closure.
Stuffing & Unstuffing Supervision
Our teams witness and document the entire loading or unloading process to guarantee quantitative and qualitative conformity.
- Unstuffing : Comprehensive oversight including seal verification, initial opening checks, assessment of stowage/lashing condition, and full visual tallying of goods as they are removed.
- Outbound Stuffing : Step-by-step monitoring of cargo loading, checking structural suitability of the empty container, counting items, and inspecting lashing arrangements to prevent transit damage.
- Cargo Transloading : Secure cross-docking supervision when cargo needs to be transferred from one container to another.
Customs Inspection Attendance
We act as an independent third-party witness during mandatory regulatory controls.
- Protective Witnessing : Presence during customs physical examinations to monitor handling, prevent accidental damage to goods, record any samples drawn by authorities, and ensure immediate resealing with certified new seals.
Vehicle Inspections
We handle specialized vehicle inspections, focusing on cars, trucks, and heavy machinery.
- Condition Surveys : Exhaustive visual inventory and damage mapping (such as scratches, dents, or missing accessories) of vehicles, whether securely shipped inside containers or handled as conventional cargo at the port terminal.
